Adoption Application

Many thanks for your interest in one of our furry feline or canine friends. For more information about “why you should adopt from HAL and our adoption process, select “Adopt” from the navigation.

It should take you about 15 minutes to complete the Application form. There are about 25 questions. Some of the questions may not need to be completed based on your circumstances (e.g., if you don’t have any children or don’t rent). Some are simple yes or no questions. Your answers will help us match you with the right HAL cat or dog and help you make sure that you have thought through your decision to adopt. We appreciate your interest as well as your patience and understanding.
