Events

The Humane Association of the Lowcountry (HAL) partners with Port Royal Veterinary Hospital, SPAY Inc and the Beaufort County Animal Services for spay/neuter clinics and to promote foster animals.  In addition, we try to raise money in other low cost and creative ways.
